Innotel

Full control on your own infrastructure — powered by Asterisk

We deploy, configure and operate your enterprise PBX alongside your own servers — with a hybrid cloud expansion option and no vendor lock-in.

Why an on-premises PBX?

  • Data sovereignty and compliance — All call data, recordings and logs stay within your own servers and never leave to a third-party cloud. Ideal for GDPR-sensitive sectors: finance, healthcare, public services.
  • One-off investment, low TCO — No per-seat monthly licence fee. The hardware and installation investment typically pays back within 2–3 years compared to SaaS pricing, especially for organisations with 30+ extensions.
  • Deep integration with business systems — Via Asterisk AGI/AMI/ARI interfaces the PBX connects to your CRM, ERP, helpdesk or any custom business system — we handle the integration wiring.
  • Internet-outage resilience — An on-premises deployment keeps internal calls running without internet. For critical infrastructure — hospitals, utilities, production lines — this is a baseline requirement.
  • Hybrid option: on-prem + cloud overflow — Your on-premises PBX and Innotel Cloud PBX can be bridged: the cloud side handles expansion, disaster backup and home office, while sensitive traffic stays local.
  • Integration of existing analogue and ISDN equipment — Analogue extensions, fax machines, door openers: the Asterisk-based setup retains your existing equipment via FXS/FXO cards while opening to the future on SIP channels.

How it works

  1. 1Discovery and design — We map your existing infrastructure, extension count, call-flow requirements and growth plan, then deliver a concrete technical proposal and project schedule.
  2. 2Installation and configuration — We deliver and install the hardware, configure the Asterisk-based software, call logic, IVR, recording and integrations.
  3. 3Zero-downtime migration — We migrate your existing numbers and extensions in parallel operation; the cutover happens outside business hours with no perceptible disruption.
  4. 4Ongoing operations and support — Under a managed service contract we handle updates, monitoring and incident resolution — from remote support to on-site intervention.
