Replace your ISDN lines with SIP trunking — keeping your own numbers
We are not a reseller: Innotel is a registered SIP voice provider at NMHH, with our own number ranges. Flexible channels, number portability, e-fax/SMS and SLA — alongside any PBX.
Why Innotel SIP trunking?
- Own NMHH-registered number range — Innotel is not a reseller but a registered electronic communications provider. Numbers come from our own NMHH-registered ranges — a shorter billing chain and a stronger SLA.
- Number portability — keep your existing numbers — We port your current ISDN or SIP numbers into the Innotel network; we handle the paperwork and the switch happens without a perceptible pause.
- Flexible channel count — ISDN PRI reserves 30 channels whether you use them or not. With SIP trunking, channel count is sized to your actual concurrent call demand, scaling up or down.
- E-fax and SMS on your business number — E-fax (fax-to-email / email-to-fax) and SMS send/receive can be added to your existing or new business number — no separate fax line required.
- Works with any SIP-compatible PBX — We connect the trunk to your existing Asterisk, Cisco, Avaya, 3CX or any SIP-RFC-compatible PBX — without replacing your PBX.
- Transparent pricing and SLA — Monthly package with per-minute or unlimited domestic pricing and a written SLA. No hidden transfer fees; no fixed-term contract required, available on monthly notice.
How it works
- 1Discovery and quote — We assess your line count, concurrent channel needs, PBX type and number portability requirements, and provide a concrete quote within 24 hours.
- 2Connection and testing — SIP trunk configuration into your PBX (IP-based or registration mode), call tests, codec negotiation and routing logic.
- 3Number portability — When bringing existing numbers we handle the porting request; you choose the cutover date and your original numbers stay active throughout.
- 4Ongoing operations — We monitor trunk quality, handle capacity expansion and e-fax/SMS configuration changes; operational SLA is part of your contract.
